Prosperity Dumplings
Yesterday after passing through a boring yawnfest called Starchefs, the de Kooning display at the MoMA, two brunches and a few rounds of champagne we landed at Prosperity Dumplings on Eldrige St. (between Canal and Grand) in Chinatown, Manhattan. This little gem is great when you are flat broke and or have a hankerin' for some MSG infused pork dumps. 8 dumplings for a dollar, you can't really beat the price. Throw on a sesame pancake with beef, it will cost you another dollar, and you are good to go.
