Loyal readers, I know that I am usually at least mildly entertaining however today we need to have a lesson on T-Rex caviar which is really cool and therefore serious. Plus, I have writers block. Eventually I just need to send the dang email out and go eat dinner.

Two different-temperature water sources flow from underground. They are manipulated to create a water temperature of 60 degrees Fahrenheit all year round. That means you can buy this stuff in its most desirable state all year long. The colors and flavors found in T-Rex caviar are complex and rich because the fishes habitat contains river plants, fairy shrimp and mollusks which are all part of the natural diet of the White Sturgeon. In closing, this caviar is the best bang for your buck. It is super fresh all year round, it is domestic, the Little Pearl company pays their workers sustainable wages and it is harvested in a very natural way. If you don't like this stuff, I deem you officially nuts.
