Topping charts last week was the Golden-Eyed Alaskan Rock Fish.
Hook and line caught in deep-water (hence the enormous golden eye), packed up and shipped to the Yard overnight. So fresh that they are still slimy! What is better than a gooey layer of puke green slime on your fish? NOTHING.

6-10# each, meaty, sweety, white flesh, similar to a perch. Stew it or Brew it, only YOU are the master of this animal's destiny. Get freaky!
